My poor old (kinda newish actually) Buffalo Hide attaché case sits in the corner of our virtual office, forlornly gathering more dust. No fault of its own — it's just to BIG and clumsy for us Mobile Warriors needs these days... Meetings in the Java spot aren't exactly conducive to rolling in with what feels like a suitcase in hand (slight over exaggeration here, but you get my drift).
I've been playing around with numerous solutions to keep my de rigeur recording instruments at hand (iPad, LiveScribe Pen and Pad) along with the usual business cards, Aquatic Plants of Florida (native plants for Coastal Restoration) half size brochure (unashamed plug), a few samples of Tervis Insulated Tumbler vinyl inserts to show off (another unashamed plug), Scene-on-Green info, scraps of paper and the latest acquired business cards (so much easier to "bump").
Well we think we’ve found the solution; after getting a bit creative in what we're calling our... Mobile Warrior Leather [i]Padfolio...
Made in the USA by Artisans and constructed of American leather and although not originally intended for use with the Livescribe pad or pen it certainly seems it was. Plenty of room for tweaking though IF we decide to make changes; customization is not an issue apart from a bit more $Cha-Ching$.
"Wow" Factor, how coool is that! — for the first test runs in the past few weeks and I've already been getting the "Oh Cooool" and sighs of "I want that" --- "How much?"
